Lately I have been super busy with the blog but also it’s GCSE marking season. I am an examiner for an exam board and every summer undertake marking for a couple of months. I have been slipping in to eating unhealthy especially around lunch time. I tend to make the littles a lovely healthy lunch and I just grab a sausage roll or a baguette or worst still some cake !
I was so excited when a company called Tornado contacted me and asked me if I would like to try Everdine’s meal range.

The order process was easy the meals are all clearly laid out and display all the nutritional value , ingredients etc. You simply click on the package you want , choose the meals and go through to payment. The delivery was fab , I received a text telling me when my order would be delivered. I was given a time slot and the order was actually delivered within that slot as promised. I chose the 8 meal package.
I was so impressed when the meals arrived, they were very well packaged and labelled well. All of the nutritional information and ingredients were on the box too , with instructions for cooking which was so simple either microwave or oven cook. I had chosen a selection of meat , fish and vegetarian so I could taste the whole range. The best before dates gave several months which was so handy as they could be kept in the freezer.
The portions were huge and made a fab lunch time meal. They kept me full for the rest of the day which helped to resist snacking. Because they were so quick to cook in the microwave it encouraged me to eat well and look after myself. The meals honestly did not look or taste like a ready meal , they were so tasty and full of fresh ingredients. The vegetables were so vibrant and colourful.
I was majorly impressed with these meals and I will definitely be ordering some more. For me they work as a fab lunch meal as I put one in the microwave and then prepare the little ones meals. I would really recommend these for parents on the go.
