In the ever hectic world with the Ankle biters time keeping or attempted time keeping is a bit of a whirlwind. Being given the opportunity to review a watch was perfect to help with this. Globenfeld asked if we would like to review their Super Sport watch. Being most decidedly a mans watch Lianne gave it to me to put it through its paces

The first thing to comment on is the size of the watch. With the littles ones and work I am firmly relegated to a “daily driver” as such. Something light and something I don’t mind getting battered because lets be honest the littles ones will want to play with it and we all know that never bodes well. This watch is one that I would wear for special occasions and not as an every day work watch.
My regular watch is just a small basic watch that I wear to work. The Globenfeld has that special edge about it as you can see. The Globenfeld was weightier than I thought it would be and was definitely good quality an robust.
For me the watch is a bit big and I ended up hitting it on things , but that is because I’m not used to wearing a big watch. It would take a little while for me to get used to the size.
There is no denying the watch looks good. The white and orange stand out and I like the darker shade of the metal used. One other point to note was the built-in blue backlight. This looks fab and is handy too. Another plus point is for the digital displays this was a nice extra.
I’m not sure I could wear this style of watch everyday. For me its a going out/for best watch. It’s Suitably blingy without being obnoxious. At the time of writing this the watch is on Sale on Amazon for £59.99 down from £200.
